چکیده
The search for cultivation practices that provide productive, social and environmental benefits to the agroecosystem is of great importance sustainable intensification agriculture. objective this study was determine effect multifunctional microorganisms (MM) mix cover crops on gas exchange, production components grain yield soybean. In field experiment, conducted by two growing seasons, experimental design randomized blocks in factorial scheme 8x2 used, with four replications. treatments were composed combination eight vegetal use or not MM. of: 1. Fallow, 2. Corn, 3. Mix 1 (white lupine, buckwheat, white oats, black Crotalaria ochroleuca, C. juncea, turnip, coracana grass, lupine), 4. 2 (millet, grass), 5. 3 (Millet, 6. 4 (C. spectabilis, millet breviflora), 7. 5 (oats, millet, piatã grass Ocholeuca); 8. (black turnip forage, buckwheat). MM consortium used Serratia marcenses (BRM 32114) + Bacillus sp. 63573). Soybean plants coinoculated 63573) showed an increase photosynthetic rate (16.65%), stomatal conductance (37.50%), internal CO2 concentration (10%), number pods per plant (15%), mass 100 grains (4.04%) (14.83%). However, no differences observed soybean grown succession crops, except pod. Therefore, study, highlight microorganisms, technology considered strategic

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts
in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
Effect of fungicides and bioagents on number of microorganisms in soil and yield of soybean (Glycine max)
Mishra G, Kumar N, Giri K, Pandey S, Kumar R. 2014. Effect of fungicides and bioagents on number of microorganisms in soil and yield of soybean (Glycine max). Nusantara Bioscience 6: 45-48. In field experiments, the effect of selected fungicides and bioagents on number of soil microorganisms and yield of soybean (Glycine max L. Merill) was investigated. The results showed that some of the crop ...
متن کاملResearch on Factors Affecting Concrete Cover Measurement
Concrete cover is the distance from the surface of the concrete to the surface of the reinforcing bars embedded in the concrete. Ensuring sufficient concrete cover is critical for the durability of some concrete structures subject to poor environment during their service life. Concrete cover can be measured using covermeters. In this paper, some factors affecting cover measurement were briefly ...
متن کاملAMELIORATION OF NICKEL TOXICITY IN SOYBEAN PLANTS BY GIBBERELLIN AND ASCORBIC ACID
The interactive effects of nickel (Ni) and ascorbic acid (AsA) and gibberellin (GA3) on soybean seedlings (Glycine max L. cv. Union × Elf) were examined. Seven-day old hydroponically-grown seedlings were exposed to NiCl2, 6H2O (0.5 mM), either with or without AsA (1 mM) or GA3 (0.05 mM) or AsA (1 mM) plus GA3 (0.05 mM), for five days. Nickel toxicity symptoms, such as formation of reddish-brown...
